Refund Policy

Our security deposit is a $200.00 fee attached to each individual stay at our cabin. (not a nightly fee)

Your deposit will be refunded after an after-visit site inspection is passed.

It is a standard process to receive your deposit using Zelle. If you do not have access to the Zelle platform, we will discuss with you directly on how to receive your deposit.

The security deposit is attached to the cleaning fee for simplicity.
